Being a Mom
Being a mother is unlike any other role. No matter how ready I thought I was, I was completely unprepared for the sleepless nights, the never ending diapers, crying, spills, and tantrums. Down the road, I was shocked when I heard my first "I hate you!" and saddened as I struggled to stay awake when curfew had arrived but my child hadn't. However, I was also unprepared for the bucket full of love that was poured into my heart with the birth of each child. Amazingly, the bucket never runs dry. Being a mom is the greatest and most important thing I've ever done.
